This engaging and challenging program is intended for non-clinical helpers who want to develop their abilities. The intensive training offers a range of skills for effective listening, core conditions of helping, and provides insight into biases and barriers to success. Not only will the participants benefit from the program individually, but also their communities and the organizations they represent.

Cost

For a 2-day [5-hours each day], in-person session, the all-inclusive fee is $12,500, which covers up to 20 participants as well as the facilitator's travel expenses (up to 300mi).

What’s included

Our fee for this service covers one workbook per participant (for up to 20 participants) and materials for all activities. Please note, we do not provide appropriate space, AV or facilitator lodging.

Timeline

We kindly request that you provide us with 30 days' notice to ensure that everything is in place and that you are fully prepared for success. Rush production will incur a 20% increase.
